Modern Day Los Angeles: The mighty 405, a modern mythic river in the 21st century, the most travelled and congested freeway on planet earth. Tucked behind the massive walls along the gridlocked 405 we find the fictional town of Thornberry California. On the west side of the freeway is the mighty Slunkworx®, the vast Military Industrial Complex that once employed so many. 

The jobs have been exported leaving the working-class neighborhood of Thornberry in a state of rapid decay. Across the freeway from the once great factory, sits a small house with a garage and a rock band inside. Daddy's gone but the family is still holding on to the only things they've got: the old house, their music, their dreams, and each other in their crazy day to day struggles in L.A. along the 405.
